Whistleblower and complainant channel



You have several procedures to submit a complaint or information:

  • Anonymous complaint: The complaint or information will be sent to a company’s designated person or an assigned independent third party for this purpose, ensuring the informant`s confidentiality and anonymity. Only if your contact information is provided, you Will be notified of the reception, investigation and result.
  • Nominative complaint (recommended): The complaint or information will be sent to a company’s designated person or an assigned independent third party for this purpose. You will be notified of the reception, investigation, and result. Your collaboation may be requested if necessary, always maintaining the confidentiality of the process.
  • Anonymous or nominative complaint to the management: If the complaint or information accuses the entire organization, the management or a management member, it will be handled by a fully independent external specialist with no direct employment or commercial relationship, or by an employee who can maintain independence. This person will be in charge of initiating the investigation, contacting the complainant/informant if necessary or informing to the Public Prosecutor or competent authority if the evidence presented is clear.

Complaints submitted will be handled by specialised staff, the full protection of the complainants or informans and all the information they provide is guaranteed.

Remember that this complaints channel is not a commercial complaints channel, you can report all kinds of events such as those reported in Law 2/2023 of 20 February, harassment, theft or other serious situations.
